Paige Sparks represents employees for labor claims across the state of Missouri. She primarily practices in the areas of employment law and other areas of civil litigation.
Paige is a graduate of Lindenwood University and St. Louis University School of Law. One of her passions is representing individuals who have been wrongfully terminated in violation of state and/or federal law. Paige has successfully represented these employees in both state and federal court for these types of matters. You may know her as “LawyerPaige” on Tiktok, where she shares daily informational videos to demonstrate the law and educate employees on their rights in the workplace.
Outside of the office, Paige enjoys being outdoors and taking care of her horse and dog on the farm.

Sarah Beauchamp is the Office Manager of Sparks Legal, and she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm. Sarah ensures that the administrative side of our legal practice runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing office staff and coordinating schedules, to handling billing and vendor relations, Sarah creates a well-organized and productive work environment.
With strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, Sarah supports both attorneys and clients by streamlining internal processes and ensuring that the firm's resources are used effectively. Sarah's attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence are key to maintaining the high standards of service and responsiveness that our clients expect.
When she's not working, Sarah is probably hauling her horses to the nearest barrel racing horse show to compete, or farming hay on her beautiful family farm located in Hermann, MO.
Noelle is a Law Clerk at Sparks Legal. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 2022 and she is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Saint Louis University School of Law, with an anticipated graduation in Fall 2025.
During law school, Noelle completed the Trial Advocacy course, and she also served as a Rule 13 certified intern with the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. In that role, she gained practical courtroom experience by representing clients and participating in actual legal proceedings. These experiences have strengthened her skills in oral advocacy, legal research and writing, and case analysis. She is committed to further developing her litigation abilities, and she is particularly interested in employment law, where she is passionate about advocating for fairness and justice in the workplace.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time taking care of her many pets and foster pets.
Danna is a vital member of the Sparks Legal team, providing essential support across a wide range of legal and administrative functions. She plays a key role in facilitating communication with new clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is received, organized, and properly maintained. Danna also manages the scheduling of calls, meetings, and litigation-related activities, helping to keep the firm operating smoothly and efficiently. She also coordinates all representation for our out-of-state clients and local law firms.
Danna is known for her exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Danna serves as a primary point of contact for clients. She coordinates communications, assists in gathering case-related information, and ensures that records are thorough and up to date. Her behind-the-scenes dedication is instrumental to the success of our legal team and the quality of service we provide.
Outside the office, Danna enjoys spending time with friends and she is an accomplished baker, known for her delicious creations!
