
Paige Sparks represents employees for labor claims across the state of Missouri. She primarily practices in the areas of employment law and other areas of civil litigation.
Paige is a graduate of Lindenwood University and St. Louis University School of Law. One of her passions is representing individuals who have been wrongfully terminated in violation of state and/or federal law. Paige has successfully represented these employees in both state and federal court for these types of matters. You may know her as “LawyerPaige” on Tiktok, where she shares daily informational videos to demonstrate the law and educate employees on their rights in the workplace.
Outside of the office, Paige enjoys being outdoors and taking care of her horse and dog on the farm.

Michelle Faron is an experienced litigator with over a decade of practice. She focuses on civil rights, employment law, and special education cases throughout Missouri and Illinois. She has experience with discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters in schools, places of public accommodation, and the workplace under the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA), Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA), Title IX, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Fair Housing Act (FHA).
Michelle also has experience representing employees in workers' compensation matters, severance negotiations, breach of contract,
and wage-and-hour issues under Missouri and Illinois law and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She represents students and their families against schools in Title IX proceedings before the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), in requests for accommodations, and in special education disputes under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
Michelle represents individuals in state and federal court, as well as in front of administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Illinois Department on Human Rights (IDHR), the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (MCHR), the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). She has argued appeals in both Illinois and Missouri.
